As of 24th March 2025, Laptop Station Limited has officially changed ownership and is now proudly part of Clever Retail Ltd.

Just like any changeover, there’s a bit of admin involved—and a few bumps along the road. If you’ve placed an order or contacted customer services recently, please read below for how this change may affect you.

Many of the popular items are still available, and we’re working to restock key lines. We’re also reviewing our product range and introducing some exciting new options.

I placed an order before the changeover. Will it be fulfilled?
If your order was placed before 24th March 2025, it was under the previous ownership. While we’ll do our best to help, please be aware we may have limited access to older order records and systems.

I contacted customer service before the transfer. Will someone get back to me?
We currently have limited visibility of past messages or cases submitted before the transfer. If your enquiry is still outstanding, we recommend contacting us again with as much detail as possible so we can assist you moving forward.

I want to return an item purchased before the transfer—can I?
Items purchased before 24th March 2025 fall under the responsibility of the previous company. We’re unable to process returns or refunds on their behalf, but we’re happy to advise where we can.

I’m owed a refund from a previous order—what should I do?
If you’re due a refund for an order placed before the change of ownership, we recommend reaching out to your payment provider or bank to request a chargeback.
